Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.boxposh.co/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at boxposhstores@gmail.com  just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Orders can take anywhere between 10-14 Days to arrive depending on location some arrive as soon as 6 days.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to USA only. We mainly ship through carriers such as Yunexpress or USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs is FREE when you order from USA  above $35. Otherwise, it's a Flat rate of $3.99

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. You can also visit our track form page and enter your email and it will allow you to track your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following: Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you decide to use either of these methods, you’ll be taken to either PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete. Best of all we have finance available through Sezzle or Afterpay with 0% interest ever. Pay in four payments and never pay interest on any of your purchases.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We currently offer a 7 day return window simply return the item on your account after creating an account and placing an order you will have access to return within the time frame and a prepaid label will be sent via email.

How do I return an item?

Log in to your account and you will have the option to select the item you want to return or exchange.
